QotD: On Podcasts

Do you listen to podcasts? Are there any you'd recommend?

I always get a kick out of PotterCast by the HP fans at the Leaky Cauldron. Fun!

I remember PotterCast but never thought it'd be any good so never subscribed. Perhaps I'll give it a go now. Then again I'm not really an audio person - I find when I'm listening to things, my mind wanders....

Funny, I'm not an audio person either. No matter what I'm doing, I always keep a notebook nearby so I can jot down the continuous stream of thoughts that pour out of my head. Otherwise, I'll try to remember them for later and totally miss what I'm supposed to be concentrating on at the moment.I like PotterCast primarily because it's light-hearted entertainment, with some meaningful discussion sprinkled in. As an over-extended muggle mum, I need to lighten up now and then... put my "serious" self aside and just be goofy. I don't want to end up like Delores Umbrage... hem hem. ;-)That said, I don't know if PotterCast will appeal to all HP fans. Give it a go and see what you think.
